Meet Chika Uwazie, Co-Founder, and CEO of TalentBase, a Nigerian a Human Resources and Payroll software for growing businesses across Africa, a solution she and her team developed out of the frustration with how Nigerian SMEs are still using paper to manage their payroll and supports systems.

An HR Consultant with over eight years professional experiences with the World Bank and Exxon Mobil, she believes in using technology to help people solve their challenges with business operation and processes, hence the launch of TalentBase.
