Each Fellow must be the leader/part of a social change initiative – either as an entrepreneur or as an individual working within a private sector business, a government organization, or an NGO – and they must have been driving this initiative for the past 2-3 years. Projects can focus on any issue, but must contribute to positive social change in East Africa.
The year-long “Executive MBAâ€-style program is rigorous, challenging, and interdisciplinary. Fellows participate in four multi-day seminars and work together on two collaborative projects. Click here to learn more about the application process and eligibility criteria.
